ALTERNATIVE ANIMAL SALE

This form must be completed, submitted and approved at least 12 hours prior to bidding through Cattle USA online auction. Customers will be buying the proposed items AS IS. Neither Clay Center Alternative Sale, its employees, or agents make any representations, warranties, or guarantees about the items sold. Cattle USA, a third party service, will be providing the bidding platform. Clay Center Alternative Animal Sale provides this service as a courtesy to its customers, and assumes no responsibility for the execution of, or failure to execute, my bid.

 

All bids online shall be treated as in person bids made, subject to the terms and conditions of this sale. Our office will notify you of you items you bought online at our auction. The credit card provided will be charged within 24 hours following the auction unless other arrangements are made with our office. Items/live animals purchased by online bidding become the property of the bidder at the time of the sale. Clay Center Sale is not responsible for any loss or damage to such items. We act as agents only. Please make arrangement pickup with our office.

 

The following form must be completed and received by Clay Center Alternative Animal Sale. Forms may be faxed to 785-632-5300, emailed to jccclivestock@gmail.com , mailed to 1778 Meadowlark Rd, Clay Center, KS 67432 or hand delivered to our office before sale day. The entire form must be filled out and signed. Any questions please call office at 785-632-5566. There is a $10 online viewing fee per day since this is an admission charged sale. The credit card listed below will be charged that amount. You must call the office to receive the online code and to ensure your card has been charged the online fee.
